These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CityKonnect customer app, the CityKonnect Partner app, and citykonnect.co.in (together, the "Platform").

Using the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when booking a service or registering as a partner.

Bookings and Payments

• Prices shown at the time of booking are final unless changed before confirmation.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners.

Service Partners

• Partners listed on the Platform are independent professionals, verified through our KYC process.
• CityKonnect facilitates the connection between customers and partners but is not the employer of service partners.

Conduct

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass the Platform to transact directly with a partner outside the app.

Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". CityKonnect works to verify partners and maintain service quality but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
