Location: precise and approximate location, to match bookings with nearby partners
Booking data: service history, addresses, ratings, reviews, support messages
Payments: transaction records and wallet balance
Partner verification: KYC documents, ID proof, bank account details (Partner app only)
Device data: device model, OS version, push notification tokens
Photos you choose to upload

How We Use It

To create and secure your account and verify you via OTP or Google Sign-In
To connect customers with nearby service partners and fulfil bookings
To process payments, refunds, and partner settlements
To send booking updates and service notifications
To provide customer support and resolve disputes
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service partners to complete a booking, with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, SMS, push notifications, payments), when required by law, or with your consent.

Your Rights

You can access and update your profile in the app, request a copy of your data, or request account deletion by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential notifications from within app settings.
